What we collect
Your name, firm, work email and role; the answers you give in the assessment; and, if you purchase the full report, payment confirmation from our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.
How we use it
To generate and deliver your AI Readiness result and report, to email you your report and a resume link if you leave an assessment unfinished, and to follow up about your results. We do not sell your details, and we do not use your answers to train AI models. Your report is generated by deterministic scoring logic, not by AI at the point of generation.
Who handles it
Quintsera is the controller of your details. Anthera builds and operates the assessment platform as its processor. The platform runs on the following service providers: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email delivery). Each processes only what its role requires.
Retention
Assessment records are kept while the assessment programme operates, so your report stays retrievable and a reassessment can be compared against it.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your details, or for them to be deleted, at any time: email [email protected] and we will action it promptly.
